The Potato Place is your ultimate destination for all things baked potato! We specialize in crafting delicious, creative, and locally inspired loaded baked potatoes, rice bowls and noodles.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from Eastern Market and trusted suppliers. Our potatoes are non-GMO and Number 1 Idaho Potatoes to ensure the best flavor and consistency.

Are you committed to sustainability?

Absolutely! We use recycled packaging, minimize food waste, and we eliminated all use of styrofoam and other potentially harmful products.

Menu & Products

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?

Yes! Our menu includes a variety of plant-based options, dairy-free sauces, and veggie-loaded toppings. Look for the 🌱 symbol on our menu.

Are there gluten-free choices?

Our entire menu is naturally gluten-free, with the exception of the noodles. Just inform our staff of your dietary needs, and we’ll guide you to safe options.

Do you have seasonal specials?

Yes! We rotate our menu to feature seasonal ingredients and limited-time creations. Follow us on social media for updates.

Do you offer Halal proteins?

Yes we do, our chicken, ground beef and steak are certified Halal.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Order online via our Order Now page, through our app, or in person at our restaurant. Delivery and pickup are available.

What are your delivery areas?

We currently utilize DoorDash and UberEats for individual and residential orders. For business deliveries of 8 people or more, call the restaurant directly, and we will bring the food to your office.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive in 30–45 minutes. Delivery times may vary during peak hours.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Create your own potato with any toppings you like!

What’s your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your potato for any reason, bring it back and we will make it right, give a refund or credit for a future order.

Do you take reservations?

We are a quick service restaurant, no reservations are required.

Is there parking available?

All parking is street parking and subject to City of Detroit meters.
